Common questions
Before your first visit
Do I need a referral to be seen at LivingWell Clinic?
Most PPO, Medicare and commercial plans do not require a referral. HMO plans require a referral from your primary care doctor for eye exams. Call us if you are unsure what your plan needs.
Can my whole family be seen here?
Yes. Eye care is available for children and adults, Internal Medicine sees patients 16 and older, and medical weight management is available for children, teens and adults.
